structures
bookshelf
The shelf system consists of a natural, wooden supporting structure, a pared down support which looks like
scaffolding against a wall, a temporary formwork into which concrete is poured, a ship under construction in
a dry dock. It is a construction which only seems to have one purpose: that of keeping the shelves in place.
On closer inspection everything looks well-thought-out and balanced. No single part can be removed and
the whole has a readable, open graphic.
