Interior of a private home in Ghent, De Pinte.
We’ve created a tranquil environment respecting the open architecture of the house. The interior is a mix of ash wood furniture and stairs with pale blue and white walls and floors. This simple colour scheme allowed us to use diverse furniture shapes without losing the overall feeling of homogenity.
The kitchen has a rather strict and horizontally oriented design. Bits and bobs of the owners are displayed in the open structure.
On the upper floor the furniture is more vertical, following the lines of the architecture with well-positioned openings that allow daylight to pass freely.
